Meet Melissa

Melissa’s love affair with cooking started behind the scenes of her mom’s catering business in Portland, Oregon. As a little girl, she’d sneak into the prep kitchen every Saturday morning, sneaking tastes of sauces and mimicking her mother’s knife skills with a butter knife. By age ten, she was plating appetizers for real guests a memory she still laughs about.
